Photoshop is a huge program and very intimidating if you are new to an advanced editor. But well worth the time invested. You will be astounded what it can do for your shots, even if you don't plan to get into compositing or other "big" content manipulations. Remember, to get the most out of it, you do need to shoot raw.

Looks as though the course is more for designers than photographers as there doesn't appear to be coverage of RAW, levels, curves, sharpening, adjustment layers etc but it still looks a good introduction to those functions you may use less often.
