I am a portrait photographer but one of the things I love doing is getting shots of people in situations which are not normal.... people in the rain and water is not normal...
I hate that sinking feeling when we get on site and turn your camera on and it doesnt turn on... then notice that you have the batteries in the charger back at the office...
@agima Washington State is known for its perpetual rain, but not down pours. This was one of the rare downpours that blew through and dumped. I was in the standing position, inside the building when I took this shot. Everyone who works on that floor has a knowledge of when the sump pumps are or are not working.
This is called the Water Dance...the water "percolating" along the back of an alligator right before he roars caused by infrasonic waves that humans can't hear. It's all I got...
This is a photo of a wave going out at Brighton Beach UK. To an Australian who grew up in Wollongong the pebbly beaches of UK made an interesting subject for photography.
