Of course you can put up more than one photo a day. If you join and get an ACE membership, you will have three photo accounts instead of just one. However, if you do not have an ACE membership, just pick a day ... going back if necessary on which you have not posted a photo to post your additional one.
Yes it is if you have more than one album- or if you have blank days to fill. What you want to try and avoid is putting too many up at a time so that they overrun a person's feed. But two or three is fine.
