30 Days Wild 2018

I should have been more organised and posted this with a bit more notice, but house renovations and then finally moving in got in the way this year.



For for the 4th year, I'm taking part in 30 Days Wild throughout June. This is an event organised by The Wildlife Trust (in the UK) which runs throughout June each year. I've always shared it here for anyone to join in with and had a few people enjoy taking part, so I'm sharing it again for this year.




You can find out a little more about 30 Days Wild in the link below and sign up to receive your 30 Days Wild pack and join in, though you don't have to sign up to join in, you can just join in and tag your photos here! If you scroll down on the page linked below, you'll also find loads of ideas for 'random acts of wildness'!

The idea is simple: just spend some time outdoors each day - from a full day of walking, climbing a mountain or a wildlife watching trip to the simplest of things like drinking your coffee in the garden in the morning, identifying a wildflower or feeding the birds - it's really up to you how you get in your daily dose of nature.





In 2015, I put together three blog posts each containing 30 'wild ideas' to offer a little inspiration for the challenge - I hope they will be of use to you if you'd like to join in!

All you need to do to take part this June is spend some time outdoors each day (even if it is only 5 minutes) and tag your photos from those outdoor minutes with 30dayswild2018

Did you get emailed the pack? Lots of people over here do 30 Days Wild in the city too, it's just about getting out and seeing what you find, even the smallest of things :)
