Thank you, Vikki @summerfield for hosting the last tag challenge. Thanks also to all who participated and those who took the time to vote. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to host the next round. So now...I offer you the next game of chance:
Tag Challenge #157.
The rules are easy:
Step 1: Click on the "Browse" section and select the "By Tag" link. Close your eyes and randomly click on a tag.
Step 2: Do it again - no peeking!
You will use those two randomly chosen tags as an inspiration to create one picture that encompasses both tags... or for an added challenge you can try three tags if you want to!
Please CLEARLY state your two (or three) tags when you post your entries as this will let me know what your tags were. You may submit more than one entry (Oh, yes! Please do!) using the same tags or two new randomly chosen tags.
For this challenge if you have chosen a set of tags that you feel would be impossible to do anything with, rather than skip the challenge, you may opt for the host’s tag words of "DOGS" and "RAINBOW" (plus “EVENING” if you are doing the three tags). All three were selected randomly by me as above.
Since we are coming up on Christmas and all the busyness for those who celebrate it, I’m following Vikki’s lead and giving almost a month to post.
Start of challenge: Sunday, December 16, 2018
End of challenge: Saturday, January 12, 2019 (the end of the day wherever you are).
Voting starts shortly thereafter (if there are enough entries)
Tag your entries tag-challenge-157
NOTE - Photos must be taken within the challenge time frame to be considered for a vote.
The number of finalists will be chosen depending on number of entries. The winner will get the opportunity to host the next challenge.
@spanishliz Wow, you're quick. Hmmm....can't see why on earth you'd pass on "summer" ;-) You don't want a holiday vacation in Australia?? You're spot on for "leaves" and "grass." Thanks for kicking things off!
@kali66 Thanks for choosing your tags so Johnny on the spot! Yes, it's a good thing you do film. I have to ask, though, about the meaning of the tag "film-lives" Is that as opposed to "film-is-dead?'
I'm trying to get back into regular use of my camera again. So what do I get? Color photos and Washington. I live in Michigan. I guess George will have to be involved somehow.
I'm a bit late picking mine but never worry. The words are clouds, macro and glass. That will be tricky as I'm not sure how to get a close up of clouds.
brown + cold.... I have some ideas.
tags are house and garden
