Whoa! You guys really gave me a run for my money! There were 35 entries by 20 members entered into this abstract challenge and I want you all to know how tough it was to choose just five from those entries!
I also want to stress that short-listing a challenge is very subjective. Whether a photo looks good or bad is a subjective judgement because what looks good to one person might look terrible to another. As the Sunday Times said in 2008, “It’s a subjective judgement, but that’s art for you.”
That said, I present the five images that I felt were most abstract, in a realistic way (if that makes any sense). They are posted in the order in which they entered the challenge.
