Getting loads of followers takes great photos, some time, following people (remember if you see someone with 800 followers but only following 100, you may not get a follow back), commenting on lots of photos, and doing discussions and themes. It takes a bit of work to build up that relationship.

Ok first of all thank you all for your tips and comments. And second I am not getting too hung up on numbers, but when there are followers and comments means people like your art work and when they do that means more motivation and inspiration to take a lot photos :)
