I really enjoy taking night shots, but for macro and the moon, I need to use the lcd screen because of my glasses. When taking night shots though, I cannot see the screen/image I want to shoot. Is there a special attachment I need to get for this? I have tried using various flashlights so I can see the screen, but all I get is glare. Have I just not found the right flashlight or is this something I need to buy some kind of accessory for? Also, the eye-protector piece on the viewfinder keeps popping off. Do I need to be able to attach something there, or is it all right to just glue that piece back down?

I think you're wanting to "see" what the camera is seeing on screen instead of the viewfinder?

If so, look for "live view" in the menus/manual. Either way though, if its pitch black outside, you won't see anything.

I mean the screen. The problem is that it's too dark outside. My friend said she thought there was a special light attachment so I could see the screen when it's dark and have no glare. I was just wondering if this was true. And the eye-protector piece. I can glue that back down since there is not any type of accessory that needs to go there, right?
