Those are reeeeaaaallly freaky shots, I don't know if it's the stretching or the nekkidness, I think it's the nekkidness that is the most freaky!!!!!!!
God knows but I was surprised to read the 70's equivalent of photoshop the other day, The author in said book explained some multiple exposure shots he had created, and he had used layers by using slides and projectors and then took a picture of the layered images. Cheat!
Looks like a long exposure to me to.. and a combination of fast movement and "standing" still. But "Photoshop" has exist long before the program did like Binny's @binny examples show. I did learn some cool tricks in the dark room years back... but that was before the digital era ;-)
From the author's own words:
"In a technical point of vue, this work was done with 24×36 cm argentic film, polaroid’s slides, with a panoramic camera. The exposure time is about 2 secondes, so the mouvement has to be very quick ! It was like a small choreography…”
It might be interesting to attempt...

If he didn't feel like crawling all over nekkid, he could have done it in the darkroom
lol rest easy photoshoppers
