Portrait Shots.

Hi all. I have been asked by a friend to take some portrait shots of their daughter for Christmas present. I don't have a studio or anything just doing it at their home. Any tips or pointers would be much appreciated. What positions work well for kids etc etc. Thanks 365 ers. Simmy xx
