My post may be a little confusing but I am wondering if anyone else has experienced these issues and has a way to resolve them.
I did 365 for about 3 years several years ago. I am not sure the dates. I have not done it for several years. Last fall when I tried to get back on I was unable to. I guess I had the id or pw wrong. I decided to just set up a new id and pw.
I posted one photo in Oct or around then. Since we were traveling I was going to wait to really get started Jan. 1st. I think I may have been receiving notifications about posting and I think I unsubscribed possibly. It was difficult due to lack of internet and etc.
Jan 1st this year I began my project and signed up for Ace membership. I went in and changed all the sending in my profile to receiving notifications I believe. The problem is that I am not receiving any notifications when people comment on my photos.
I tried to email Ross to see if this could be fixed and if there was a way to link my past year to my present. I have not received any answer and so I am checking to see if any of you may know how to fix any of this.

Terri - if I remember rightly the notification button was red in the old days and very obvious.
Ross has changed it to the blue bell and I find that it is easily overlooked now.
Check the blue bell on the top menu bar between the search and your profile.
@farmreporter Thank you Wendy. I guess there are notifications there. I guess I am just not getting email notifications. Is there email notifications when someone comments or am I incorrect?
This is one of the reasons why I left 365 project, because I was not receiving the email notifications. I left for about 2 years. Have come back now, and still not receiving email notifications. I really do miss not receiving them. Always great to get up in morning and view comments on email. I really miss it. What can I do???
I have no idea. I am not sure if that is something they don't do anymore or if I turned them off and can't figure out how to turn them back on. I just have to log into the site to see mine.
