I am trying to edit this photo of my Son on Picnic, but struggling?

I want to use this photo for his 1st Birthday Invitations!

I have to email the photo today!

Can anyone help me remove the runny nose! And wet patch on his dribble bib?

@bevspics Hi Beverly, I'd be happy to help out, but from the post I can only get the medium sized photo, not the original. And I think you'll want the original big photo edited if you want to use them for birthday invites. Anyway I can get the original size one, or will an edit on the medium size do as well?
