I have a friend who I am taking photos for and I want to give her full rights to all photos taken. Do you have a generic form that you don't mind sharing? or where can I find good examples?
First question is, why do you want to give her full rights? Is she paying you? Do you have anything to gain by signing away your rights to the images?
If you answered no to those, you want to license only partial rights. If she only wants to use them for personal use you can give them to her for less money. If she wants to use them for commercial purposed you NEED to charge her.
Signing away all your rights means you no longer own the images, and you must ask her to even be able to show the images.
I don't have a sample form on me, and I'm away from home so I don't have my business handbook. Do some googling and you should be able to find something.
