I think the Protea is such a stunning flower and I am lucky enough to have some in my garden. I've had a really busy day, then had to go out straight after dinner, so took a few minutes before heading out to photograph one of these flowers. I love the structure of the flower and the way in seems to glow from within. The fuzziness on the edge of the petals almost gives it a water colour effect.
