I am posting photos completely out of order. This photo was taken the morning after 'the proposal'. We all slept at the Pouakai Hut (some better than others). I got up before dawn to walk back to the tarns, however, the mountain stayed hidden behind the mist. It was still beautiful though and not a soul anywhere.
