I hadn't taken any photos in the last two days, so tonight after arriving home decided I had better take one photo at least. Our white ducks often sit on a little wooden raft in the lake and the car headlights light them up as we drive up the driveway. It is a lovely sight. I parked my car so the lights continued to shine on the ducks and took a few photos. One or two were relatively focused, but I actually liked the sense of movement with this one.
For those who are wondering how my son is, he is improving slightly, although still spiking temperatures. It is hard to see him so unwell when he is usually so fit and healthy. This hospital isn't used to treating malaria!! It is the first case in the 8 years his consultant has been here!
Yes - the movement adds a sense of urgency to those 2 ducks - trying to get away from the lights. I am so sorry to hear about your son! Malaria certainly isn't seen often here - or there either from what you say. It's good to hear that he's gradually improving and I hope he is back to his old self soon.
