Low tide by dkbarnett

Low tide

As I didn't take any photos on this day, I have posted another I took at Onaero Beach. The low tide meant I got to see part of the beach I have never seen before.
Wow just seen your family on 7 sharp.. What a story.. all the very best ....

@julzmaioro - Oh thanks Julia - I was very happy with how this went. It was very hard for my daughter to put herself in the public eye like that, but she did feel the vaccination message was really important. She is an amazing girl, but I do worry about her and Covid!

wow! are those all natural rock formations? they are incredible! how far/high does the water go during high tide? there is a place in our eastern coast in canada where the sea floor is visible during low tide and you can walk on it, but you wouldn't want to get caught by the high tide. very nice shot. aces!

@summerfield Yes these are natural formations. During high tide the water goes well up those cliff faces and the surf can be really rough, so, no you wouldn't want to be caught there in high tide. I think I have posted photos of this beach before - showing what it is like in the high tide and the power of the waves. I must try to find them.
