I love the detail on the tiny fluffy bits of feather that you can see when doing a macro photo.
My get pushed challenge this week was to photograph feather(s), attached or loose, at least half-filling the frame… I had absolutely no problem finding feathers as we have over 20 pekin ducks at home, plus approx 100 white pigeons. We also have an aviary with mostly Indian ring necks. My problem was which feather photograph to choose. This is a bit of fluffy duck feather caught on the grass with the sun coming through.
