Mahi

'Mahi' means 'work' in Maori.
I'm not sure whether they named her thinking she might be a hard worker, or maybe it was because having a dog is a lot of hard work.
Whatever, it is, my daughter and her husband love this dog to bits. I must admit she is pretty cool, a bit of a clown, but very affectionate and loyal.
