Love Note to Mommy by dmrams

Love Note to Mommy

Miranda wrote me this note on a paper towel and put it in my lunch bag so I would see it today during lunch. I write her a note every day so I guess she wanted to do the same for me! :) I cannot tell you how big I smiled when I read it...aloud to my colleagues of course!!.

Here is what she wrote (with no spelling or editing corrections made):

"Days are hard when your not hear or near but I love your kiss
there warm as yor hugs
my love a bug"

sigh.....
Oh wow! That is so sweet. How nice that she thought to do that, that you do that for her, and that you have that kind of relationship. It makes me smile

Priceless! Love it! :) I found a piece of notebook paper where Chris wrote I love you over and over and over again. I still have it... It's the simple things in life....that really matter. Simple everyday objects can tell a story. Think about it. A paper towel.

It seems to be a day for writing on paper things

My husband put a note in my suitcase which I discovered when I unpacked in Nashville. It made me feel cherished. I will keep it forever, as I'm sure you will do with this heartfelt message.

What a treasure! It means so much when they put their feelings in words and there's something tangibe to save. I have a note from my oldest daughter that I keep pinned next to my dresser...I used it for a photo one day here as well...
