A Daughter's Love by dmrams

A Daughter's Love

Miranda couldn't wait until Sunday to give me the Mother's Day gifts she made for me at school, so she gave them to me when I got home. She made me a clay turtle in Art and a clay star teacher pin in her Reading class. She also made me a beautful card. Homemade gifts made with love that will be treasured forever....
Warms a parent's heart. :)

Yep, you can't beat gifts from the heart...especially from the heart of a child.

I don't know what I like more - the presents or that she couldn't wait to give them to you. She sounds very sweet.

Those gifts & words from the heart are *The Best*. I hope you leave those up for a long time to come! (And tell Miranda your friends said that was a really great gift!)

Louise--I'm wearing the pin to work tomorrow and the turtle will sit on my desk at school!! :) The card will be on my bulletin board by my desk until the end of the year :)

Give your daughter a big hug for me and tell her I'm still treasuring my daughter's gift 30 years later!
