You might think of a piano as a "String" instrument, but it's not... It's actually a Percussion instrument, as proven by the 88 little hammers inside of this one.
Great shot. Pianos are beautiful instruments. Recently saw a documentary about the making of a Steinway. I think pianos are considered both percussive and string instruments...maybe?
