Not a real recipe: just cured beef meat with thin slices of pear and cauliflower. And a little props.
Love the props - a fine photographic feast and a great idea to try too.

Very artistic presentation,... love to dive into your composition and arrangements. Great source of ideas what to cook in the next day's too. (At least to try, I'm not a very good chef.)
