Chronicles from the street #9

Some were lucky enough as to be allowed to open their groceries, butchers, vegetable shops. Leaving home to go to work, enjoy the mild weather, even bask a little in the sun when the queue thinned out, or before opening and after closing. But fear used to overcome the awareness of such fortune.
A shop opening - a sign of hope and a return to better times.

You've really captured the essence of the current situation in your city Domenico. It's a wonderful, albeit sobering, series showing how the erstwhile familar has become the unusual. Great photography too, of course.

@jocasta Yes, even if it is one of those allowed to keep open during the quarantine.
@seattlite Thank you very much, indeed.
@helenhall As a matter of fact, we will be stuck in until 3 May (today’s order)
@jgpittenger Agreed!
@golftragic Thank you very much for your support, Marnie!
