This weekend marks the beginning of celebrations to celebrate the journey the first explorers made across this part of Australia. There is an exhibition displaying a 300 million year old fossil (now why didnt I take a shot of that) and they have placed 3 small granite boulders at the entrance of the historic school to mark the occasion.
Next week they have a flyover of over 80 aircraft, which is the largest done in Australia, from the base of the Blue Mountains to Bathurst, flying the route that the explorers would have taken. Hope to share some shots from this next week as they should fly right over our home.
