Today we're presenting a new digital collage called "on high." Let's see what the artist has to say about this piece.
art do-er: "this piece was spontaneous and at first, completely meaningless. Just a fun collage using an old scrapped painting of mine and working over it digitally. I thought, well these things (on the bottom) could be buildings, stepping stones for someone way into parkour.
But it turned into this graceful male figure leaping around majestically, maybe causing some quiet mayhem around town. The rifle represents the instantaneous inspiration I felt making this, and how I imagine this dude feels in his carefree, impish ways.
Although all in all, I'm still trying to understand it myself, and it's really all about how the viewer interprets it."
