My Parents

I want to thank you for you kind words, thoughts, and prayers on my Monty and Dad post. About two hours after my son and Monty left, dad took his final journey Home. He is at peace now.
This shot was actually taken at their choir concert in Feb. The funny thing is, we have very few pictures of him looking at the camera. He didn't like his picture taken and would always look away and make weird faces.
The nice thing is that they are both looking at you and so have a smile in their faces!

My condolences to you and all your family. What a special memory for your Dad to have Monty come and visit and to help him on his final journey. And this photo shows a lot of depth in your Dads eyes. And his tie says it all.x

I'm so sorry he's gone, but glad he had a visit from his beloved Monty to go home on. I know how much you will all miss him, as I lost my Dad a couple of years ago. My thoughts are with you. Sometimes one can tell from a picture a bit about what people are like, and this picture tells me what sweet people your parents were and are. Very loving people, I think.
