I was driving home from work and ahead of me was a car driving at full speed in reverse. When he came to the red light he entered the center left turn lane, waited for the light to change green, made a left turn and continued driving at full speed still in reverse. At the red light with my car stopped, I took this shot and called 911. After giving the 911 dispatcher the location and other information, she said the police were on there way...I did not continue to follow but saw several police cars flying past me going in the direction I gave them.
There are some really crazy drivers out there
At first I thought maybe he turned to short and ended up on the wrong side of the yellow lines. I like your story better as he was driving in reverse ---- well let's think positive and maybe the car is stuck in reverse and he had to get his pregnant wife to the hospital. Seems to be doing fine by stopping when he is suppose to and moving on - there are worst drivers and they usually are facing forward.
wow, very weird...interestingly, while driving thru a wooded area we managed to damage the gear box of our vehicle and reverse was the only gear we could use...drove out of the woods and back to town in reverse to get it repaired (did so on the shoulder of the road though) Many many years ago when we were young and dumb :)
I know there's something wrong here - but I'm trying to figure out if he could be ticketed for anything - seems to be obeying the traffic laws - just in reverse - what a hilarious shot!
