This is my sister, Phyllis...she does a lot of volunteer work for the organization Last Day Dog Rescue. I spent the day with her photographing dogs that are up for adoption. I think she's got me hook, I'm sure I'll be going to more events.
Nice portrait! (Of both of them) my daughter worked with a rescue and ended up with 5! I did some photography for them....they say good photos help them get adopted! Keep up the good work!
@milaniet@jackies365 Thank you! There were five dogs up for adoption today and it's a good thing Mac doesn't tolerate other dogs or I'm sure one or two would have come home with me.
What a great portrait, we have so many pet rescue groups here. They do such good work. I love that you call your Nikon "the beast", I call mine "the honker", smile.

This is an awesome "adopt me please" photo!!. We're rescue dog parents of two now, and every dog we've had in the 56 years of marriage have been rescues -- the ONLY kind!...... Someone is bound to adopt this sweetheart if they see photos like this.... He's a "people dog", for sure. Love this..
