2015 July 13: This is the first year that we have grown potatoes; we were rewarded with a 13-pound harvest. Tonight I cooked a delicious Potato Soup garnished with crisp bacon, fried onions, and a dollop of sour cream ...It was wonderful to enjoy a portion of our harvest!
Oh yum!! I love home grown anything but around here I am called the "Potato Pig" as they are my very favorite vegetable!! You are very lucky to get such a nice crop and love the photo of them!!! Way to grow veggies!!! FAV!
