Sea of Chrysanthemums by dsp2

Sea of Chrysanthemums

2016.11.02 Wednesday: When I bought this plant at a local nursery several weeks ago, it was full of buds that promised beautiful blooms in time. A gardener assured me that this chrysanthemum variety has the largest blooms of any that she has ever seen.

She was certainly correct: Each bloom on this plant measures a good 2-inches in diameter, while my other mums have flowers that are around 1/4-inch. It has been a wonderful addition to my autumn garden, and I hope it will last for several years to come!
it's stunning :) fav
