Lester and I went to Windsor for a walk round this afternoon and ended our walk by the river. There's a lot of swans there and we saw this one resting quietly on one of the concrete aprons where the birds gather to eat the seed fed to them by tourists.

Thank you :-) @cgould All the birds along this stretch of the Thames are used to people feeding them and it's possible to get very close. I was within a few feet of this swan and the only thing that disturbed it was a duck which pestered it and got a good peck on the back of its head for its trouble!
