The (snowy) old apple tree by dulciknit

The (snowy) old apple tree

It was quite a surprise to see the snow falling when I looked out of the bedroom window this morning. Like a sensible person I had some breakfast before rushing out to play in it!
This is one of our old apple trees. We don't pick the apples, they don't taste at all good. Instead they make lovely decorations, especially when there's snow. They also provide food for the birds.
I took this shot with my camera on its HDR mimic setting. It looks a bit like I did selective colouring on it but it's just the way it happened with the setting.

P.S. Lester said to say thank you for the birthday wishes.
