The details are amazing - so perfect for the b&w - I amazed at what light can do with those shadows - the random collection of the leaves really makes a great composition.
You do some great mono shots alison. The tones work well here with lots of detail in the dark and light areas of the frame. It has an air of abstractness too.
It does have an abstract air, the b/w contributes to that I think. Lovely shades and shapes, light and shadows all so mixed together. Lots of lovey patterns actually on the leaves or showing through.
