I did most of the processing in Picnik. Everything but the toadstools' eyes and mouths can be found in Stickers. There's a section marked Seasonal within Stickers and in that there's Carnival and New Year's Eve, which was where I found the ones I used. The eyes and mouths I did in Paint.net, using the paint brush. I selected a brush size for the whites of their eyes then clicked once to get a circle per eye. Then I reduced the size of the brush to make the pupils. The mouths were drawn in with the brush. You might also be able to do that in Picnik but I used Paint because I'm more familiar with it. Great fun if a little long-winded!
