Hawk leaving with prey

Some people wanna skip reading this.
He had tried two times but this hawk wasn't giving up. He waited, changed position and attacked. My goodness, the squeaking of the birds, mom or dad even flew after the hawk trying to get her baby back but had to give up. The hawk got away with a baby red-winged black bird. Circle of life - but kinda sad tho.

Yes it's the circle of live. we have a hawk around here fairly often. too many feeders around. he knows where he can catch a meal.
