dr seuss...

i took a little trip to the minneapolis art institute with my long time friend diane (better known as photogirl here on 365) yesterday. the institute is connected to the minneapolis children's theater...and their current production running is dr. seuss. this was a fabulous HUGE art globe/light hanging in the lobby.

was it made of glass cause there's this really famous artist who makes huge glass sculpture that are somewhat like that. You should look him up if that really intrigued you. :D His name is David Chihuly.
