Argh argh argh. My camera is in so much trouble. I've always had trouble closing the door for the battery/memory card...now the lens doors don't close properly so the lens is always dirty. It's currently that or my Blackberry. Please bear with me. I am asking for a new one (dslr) for my birthday. I am frusterated by my limitations right now but don't want to stop my project.
That can happen to anyone! While your battling the dust on your lenses, have some fun with post processing. PicMonkey is a free site linked to 365 but I also use iPiccy and BeFunky. Both have free effects that can sometimes turn that dust or disastifactory shot into something acceptable. Until then- this makes for an interesting shot- sort of nostalgic in the coloring. I would have added a rustic looking frame from one of those sites to finish off the rustic/nostalgic feel- mho! Hope all works out with the camera!
Fun find....It's so much fun to get mail the old way....unfortunately most are of mine are bills, or political junk these days ;-) Keep posting.....your photos look great from any camera.
