My challenge from Jim @squamloon...to take a non-Edie style photo...so, first I popped on a lens I don't use very often, found a creature I have yet to photograph, and stayed away from any vintage like processing. I give you....squirrel.

Very "non-Edie", yes, but very good regardless. I love the light - love it coming through the trees and on his fur. Oh wait. On both sides? That's a bit strange. What happened there? Was it reflecting off something on his left?
@Cheesebiscuit Okay. I didn't even notice that. I thought it was just a really sunny day, but oddly you are right. There was a large silver metal plate off to his left. He was sitting on what I think is meant to be a bird feeder. I am not sure what the plate was for (other that lighting my photo) May go back as it's a local park so will check it out.
@edie I didn't notice it either while I was just enjoying the photo, it was when I wrote about the fur, I looked again and thought "Oh. Edie has discovered a second Sun!"
This is such a unique wildlife shot! I wouldn't normally be drawn to a photo of a squirrel but this one is different! Love the lighting and your composition. The squirrel is cooperative, too. FAV
