Round the back of Waterloo train station is Leake Street. There's a whole tunnel (About 100m long) given over to graffiti, with signs at either end saying graffit artists wouldn't be prosecuted.
I took loads of photos in the tunnel and will have to return every now and then as the walls will be constantly changing - there were 2 groups there repainting when I was walking around.
