Gladiator - What We Do In Life Echoes In Eternity

Went to see Steve-from-work's-son-Dave play "American" football today. Steve-from-work's-son-Dave plays defensive lineback (I think) for the Colchester Gladiators, who took on the East Kent Mavericks today. I did take a few action shots, but went for this one of number 93, Steve-from-work's-son-Dave, purely for the colours.

Part of me wishes that Steve-from-work's-son-Dave played for the Mavericks, then I could have used a 'Top Gun' reference for my title ...

yeah the numbers in the 90s are linebackers and defensive linemen. If he's a linebacker, his build looks more like a middle linebacker. I used to play that position back in Australia :)
