Nap time was an adventure today. My son normally goes down for his nap with no issues. Well, today he was crying and yelling ‘Mama…Mama…’. My husband suggested that I go upstairs and check on him. When I did, I found that he had jumped out of his crib. I asked him if he had a boo-boo, and he stuck out his pointer finger for me to kiss. He did not seem hurt but he was spooked, so I cuddled him and put him back in his crib. He slept for about an hour, and then started crying again. That was when my husband and I heard a thud. He had jumped out again. He did not seem like he was hurt, so we just brought him downstairs to watch the movie Cars.
My son’s current obsession is Cars. We have to watch it constantly, play with his toy Cars and even listen to the music as we drive in our car. Therefore, when I saw a Cars crib sheet, I had to buy it for him. I put it on his mattress tonight, and then we brought him into his room to see it. He was so excited. Hopefully, this will help him stay in his crib.
sounds exciting sheets for his bed - they get to a stage when they don't like being in a crib and it's safer to leave the side down because they'll climb out whatever
Oh my gosh!! Someone else who understands my pains!! Lol cars is on constantly at our house too - We watch it so often that HE is actually recites parts in the movie & he's only 17 months. Where did u find the sheets??? I must go on the hunt!
Such a cute shot and wonderful commentary. My boys love the cars movies too, my four year old was so devastated leading upto his birthday that no one would know which shop to buy him a Finn McMissile from! My mum ended up getting it for him and he was very pleased!
