L woke up today and was complaining that his foot hurt. When my husband got him out of his crib, he refused to put any weight on it, so off I went with the two boys for a morning in the ER. After three and a half hours, the X-rays didn't show a break, and he started walking a little. It bothered him on and off until about dinner time. By bed time, he was dancing around! That was the best to see. I hated seeing him in pain all day.
Both boys were amazing in the ER. L was a great patient even laying there super still while they took his X-rays. M was very sweet with concern about his brother and helped the nurse take off his sock and shoe. I couldn't be more proud if the two of them.
