Fattening up for winter

I put a bird feeder outside our kitchen window to entertain the boys and feed the birds. Well, this squirrel spent all day eating the bird seed. I ran out to shoo him away a few times until I finally gave up and decided that he needed food too.

What a stinker. Pretty soon, he'll get fat and an owl will get him. That's what we suspect happened to our bird feeder raiding squirrel.
