We went out to Stellenbosch this morning to get some of Guy Webber's Hill & Dale Savignon Blanc. The colours in the vineyards captivated me - and provided the family with much hilarity as they watched me skip from vine to vine, chasing the camera-shy guinea fowl.

Love this. Brilliant. There is someone in our village. Who keeps guinea fowl. From time to time when we go for a walk round, we'll see them rushing about the garden. They're such funny birds. Make me laugh. Vines are just wonderful. Doesn't matter what the season. They are always so interesting to look at. Wonderful colours you have here.
I HAVE to make this a Favorite. First photo I've seen of a flock of Guinea fowl. When I was a litle girl, My grandmother had guinea hens on her farm -- they would roost in the big Maple Tree in the barnyard.
