Thanks for this thought Eleanor. We are not at risk here but it is still raining heavily and the rivers and dams are full. There is just nowhere for the water to go.
$10,000,000 raised in a telethon tonight with $30mil total. Not bad for a country with 21m people! Thanks for that, my home has been unaffected as I am in a different state but the thought shall be passed onto people I know up there!
Gorgeous thought Even though our home is not flooded our house sitters cannot go anywhere because they are surrounded. We are sitting here in London reading every bit of news we can lay our hands on. In some ways am pleased we are not there, but also wishing I was there to help our friends on the other.....
