@Danna He's called Eliot. @Louise & Ken Yes, he pounced just after that was taken! @ Rachael... yes, we played.
He also has his friend Angel here for the next couple of days..... http://therevandadog.blogspot.com/
so he's not short of a bit of rough play!
Sorry I haven't been on her much lately and am just now catching up a bit. I LOVE your little guy...and I can just imagine him plopping down in the cool grass to catch his breath after a two-miler. What a sweetie!
Thank you for all the adoring comments... Eliot is cute, mischievous and a great companion and guard dog! No biscuits please... the vet says he's overweight... my youth group now call him "obese"!! He's 2kg heavier than he should be for his height but doesn't get the same exercise that he used to when we were in our 30 acre country rectory. There he - CLOSE YOUR EARS LOUISE - used to chase squirrels....! That gave endless running around in woodland.
This brings back lovely memories of our old Border Collie, Cosmo. Same eager face, same long, dripping tongue and the black patterning inside the mouth. Such beautiful dogs

He's got such a mischievous look in his eyes & I can imagine his antics in the iris patch behind him there :)
