Kendal Castle

Car service day today, so I had to make the journey across to Kendal. Then with 3 or 4 hours to play I walked around the town potting off shots. A lovely day!

A bit of backround ...it was built in the early 1200's by the barons of Kendal. The most famous family in the successions was the Parr family notably Katherine Parr who survived after Henry VIII's death.
