Speckled Bush Cricket by ellida

Speckled Bush Cricket

A stacked shot of Leptophyes punctatissima, to give him his Sunday name. 11 images to cover the range.

He (it is male - TMI you might say) is one of many that have appeared all over the house, interior and exterior. It must just be their time of year.
Great close up shot! It's very detailed!

@kwind @ludwigsdiana @suesmith @ladoga365 @chris17 @happysnaps @pusspup @cmp Thanks folks. It's fun to play with stacking. With an aperture of f2.8 on my 35mm prime it has a depth of field of only a couple millimetres so the challenge is there. I hand held the camera set on high speed multiple shots and gently moved towards the cricket. The images are then stacked in Helicon Focus 6.
