My camera sensor is 23.5 mm across and the coin in the image is 23.75mm the nearest I could get to test that my new lens (Zeiss Touit 50mm 2.8 macro) does what it says on the box, i.e. take an image at life size (or 1:1). I'd this is pretty darned close.
